Hibiscus is a perfect restaurant. They seamlessly blend contempory food trends like molecular gastronomy, and balance them with a delicious and less intimidating style. The service is impecable, but again works hard not to be intimidating, and the decor is clean and neutral which lets the spectacle of the food stand out.

You'll definaely need to book ahead and start saving though...

Marcus Waring is often described as the best working chef in London. Previously prodedgy and now serious competitor to Gordon Ramsey, Marcus has been dillegently working to create a world beating style. His style is both innovative and technical, and his food will take you on a tour de fource of the comtempor british style.

The restaurant itself is very traditional, located in one of London's best hotels. They decor is dark and rich, and they service is exception and very traditional, expect to see staff with suit smarter than yours pushing trollies of champagne, chesse and port past your table at various points in your experience.
